A contact view is counted when you access a coach's full details (email and/or phone number). Browsing search results with just names and schools does not count against your limit.
No, contact views reset at the beginning of each billing month. Unused views do not carry over.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated. When downgrading, you'll keep your current plan until the end of the billing period.
Currently we offer annual billing only. This keeps our prices low and aligned with the quarterly data refresh cycle. Enterprise plans can be billed on custom terms.
